Return Policy
At Denim Lily Boutique, we take great care to accurately describe and photograph every item we sell. Because we are an online consignment boutique offering pre-owned and one-of-a-kind pieces, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to, fit, sizing, color variation, buyer’s remorse, or normal signs of wear consistent with pre-owned items. We encourage customers to review all photos, measurements, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Misrepresented Items
Returns will only be considered if an item has been materially misrepresented in its listing. If you believe you received a misrepresented item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.
If approved, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unworn, unaltered, and with any original tags attached. Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment, excluding original shipping costs.
Condition Disclosure
Please note that all consignment items are pre-owned unless otherwise stated. Minor imperfections, natural fabric wear, and manufacturer variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for a return.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Denim Lily Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the criteria outlined above.
